| We are pleased to announce that Andrew Lederman, M.D. has joined Berkshire Surgical Associates, P.C. As of January 1, 2010, Dr. Lederman has been seeing patients at our Pittsfield office, in the Medical Arts Complex at Berkshire Medical Center. Dr. Lederman brings his expertise in gastrointestinal surgery, minimally invasive surgery and flexible endoscopy. As Medical Director of Bariatric Surgery at Berkshire Medical Center, Dr. Lederman has led that program to achieve national certification. He will continue to serve nationally as a site inspector for the American College of Surgeons Bariatric Surgery program. Dr. Lederman will continue to offer both laparoscopic gastric bypass and laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding procedures at his new practice. Over the past five years, Dr. Lederman has brought many new laparoscopic techniques to Berkshire County. | |
