All Berkshire Surgical Associates surgeons are certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support—a training program developed by the American College of Surgeons in the management of acute trauma cases requiring surgical emergency care.

As a Level 2 Trauma Center, Berkshire Medical Center receives traumatic accidents from Berkshire County and surrounding areas.

Please understand that many of our patients have serious injuries or illnesses that require immediate surgical treatment. Thus, delays or changes in our schedule may occur. We do attempt to phone patients to make them aware of delays in the schedule as soon as we are aware of them. We appreciate your understanding.
