Scheduling/Support

Pittsfield - Janice and Lisa will assist you with scheduling appointments with your surgeon. You may reach them at 413-445-6420.

Great Barrington -  Bernadete will assist you with making appointments with your surgeon. You may reach them at  413-644-6499. 

 

Please understand that many of our patients have serious injuries or illnesses that require immediate surgical treatment. Thus delays or changes in our schedule may occur. We attempt to phone patients to make them aware of delays as soon as we are aware of schedule changes. We appreciate your understanding.

Testing / Insurance - Our Patient Account Specialist Linda is also available to answer any insurance-related questions you may have. She also works with patients to schedule any additional testing that is required.

Administration - Christopher J. Pedersen is the Practice Administrator and is available to discuss any issues you may have.
